Unfortunately after 15 years in buisness we are now needing to enforce our terms and conditions
So here's a quick reminder of them!

WINDOW CLEANING
You will be text 1 week in advance to notify you of our upcoming visit.
(this text is to notify you we are coming Unfortunately we cannot hold exact times as we work in different locations. We plan our days with alot of effort to ensure minimal travel which saves you the client money!.

We ask acess is left. If you have an electric gate we require the code to ensure acess
If you have a locked gate we require these to be left unlocked (we are happy to lock up after us)

CANCELLATIONS /NO ACCESS
If for some reason we cannot gain acess we will clean what we can and invoice for the slot booked and agreed by yourself.
Cancellations within 24 hours will still be charged in full.
we provide 1 week notice which hopefully should be more than adequate. Should you need to cancel / reschedule.

PAYMENT OF WORKS
We ask all domestic payments to be made within 2 days we do not use direct debits or cardless options so good old honesty saves the extra buisness fees saving you the client money!
Should we have to add these to our buisness expenses this will add additional costs to offending customers.

This is an all year round service by using our services you agree to our terms and conditions.
This may mean some days we may attend in the rain however we work with a guarantee. Should you ever have an issue with the quality of our work we will return free of charge to rectify.

LATE PAYMENTS
Unfortunately some times we have to chase customers for payment. This is not something I'm prepared to do now. This takes alot of time away from my family
Payments after 5 days will be subject to a 20% late fee. This covers admin time to trace and track and contact you regarding your payment.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

All these services require a 20% booking fee.
This covers our expenses such as pre ordered chemicals ect.

These services are subject to payment upon completion
Please have the means ready to pay upon completion
Should this be card or bank transfer we request payment upon completion of works

Roof scrape in Bovingdon underway.

This is a great example of not everything goes to plan!
We advised the customer not to proceed with the biocide treatment.
Over the years the roof has had various repairs if we were to biocide this roof it would prevent moss from returning yes! but also it will clean the roof tiles back to its natural colouring, with so many variants in tile that have weathered differently over the years we advised just to scrape the moss

Moss takes many years to form without overhanging trees. It also thrives more in partly shaded areas. This roof doesn't tick neither of those boxes.

We are not all about the profits but more the end result. We may have lost a little work but the customer will get a much better result!

Another visit on this estate for us over the years. We visit every 2 years to maintain all the surfaces here.

From a large resin bound driveway and court yard to a doubles tennis court, pickle ball court to lovely gardens paths and vegetable gardens
Multiple different surfaces all cleaned with a professional touch!

A roof we treated in Bovingdon a couple of months ago.
The biocide treatment is working its magic and keeping the roof clear from moss and algue.
This process can take anywhere between 6 weeks and 6 months it really just depends on the tile type and property surroundings.
