Customer enquiry today for hot tub for solar eclipse (tomorrow )
I say have you got any of the special glasses- they say no they can’t get any !

I respond that all the hot tubs are also booked out !
No glasses
No hot tub

Pls give us 2 weeks notice - luckily 95 pc of customers give 2-10 weeks notice and plan their event

NB if you can get either a hot tub or glasses at short notice you will be paying substantially more than if you had sorted these things out earlier

Current demand continues to exceed supply !

Luckily 95 pc of customers enquire- book at least 2-10 weeks before they want - need a hot tub
This generally means they can have the hot tub size and package they want!
Late - last minute enquiries- bookings are stressful for you and for the likes of myself - a small family owned event hire business - a decent company will likely be booked up, many hire companies do not openly advertise their pricing and push you down the route of DM- contacting them

This will likely result in :
No availability or a different hot tub option - different date etc and more importantly an increase in any price due to the lateness of the enquiry/ booking

NB we are often offered £500 cash to install a hot tub for a last minute enquiry/ booking !

We all know about the Oasis tickets dynamic pricing - booking a flight/ train or holiday late on !

Anyway have a great weekend and try having a hot tub when the weather is poor, you will have a better experience! Than using one in 30 plus degrees Celsius heat!!!!!!
