All cleans are tailored to the time booked and agreed priorities.

✅ Standard cleans include:
• Bathrooms & kitchen surfaces
• Dusting & wiping accessible areas
• Vacuuming & mopping floors
• General tidy (working around belongings)

❌ Not included unless agreed:
• Ovens, fridges/freezers
• Interior windows
• Deep cleaning (heavy limescale/grease/mould)
• Moving heavy furniture
• Cleaning above arm’s reach

By booking, you agree to these terms.

🏠 Access & Preparation
• Safe access must be provided at the agreed time
• Pets must be secured
• Excessive clutter may limit results

I removed all the products and shelves first then got to work on the inside using an anti bacterial spray! I needed the help of pink stuff to remove the stubborn stains at the back. I cleaned & dried the shelves & replaced all the products back neatly. Another satisfying job done! 🧼 ❇️ ✨
