Goodevening all.
This is a quick general message to clients who have not paid yet for previous cleans, In which case for some people is nearly a week ago. I need to remind people that all cleans need to be paid on or before the date of the clean. If you have a regular weekly or fortnightly clean from us then it would be much appreciated if you could set up a standing order for the days in which I clean to make it easier for us both.
Going forward if I have not recieved payment from your last clean unfortunately we will not be attending to your next clean until the balance is paid. I accept sometimes people forget or have busy lives but I have bills, wages etc myself and shouldn't need to chase payments especially when we have a large waiting list for regular cleans.

Can we also be reminded about my cancellation policy as we have had a few cancellations over the past few weeks with less than 24hours notice.
This is as follows and applies to all our clients - if cancelled within 24 hours unfortunately full payment will still be required.
