Within this role you will manage the cleaning staff within a specified area, to ensure that a cost efficient and effective cleaning service is provided to the client.

You will be expected to exceed the agreed service levels, monitor and control labour and consumables within given budgets and audit programs and stock levels on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection and general management of your team.

Maintain a proactive relationship with the clients, identifying any potential issues and resolve them with the client, whilst using the Cleanlink Quality Management system to monitor and write reports for cleaning sites.

This role includes managing staff who work during early mornings or early evenings and therefore you would need to work potentially on a split shift basis Monday to Friday to effectively manage your team. Some weekend work needed from time to time.

Skills and attributes required:

•Experience of managing staff
•Good written and spoken English skills,
English and Spanish essential
•Flexible attitude
•Strong organisational skills
•Strong client focus
•Full clean driving license
•Experience within the cleaning industry
preferred
•Competent IT skills
•Previous experience of working within
and ISO accredited environment useful
•Strong team player who believes in an ‘
all hands-on deck’ approach
•Good understanding of best practices
for Health & Safety & COSHH
awareness

RE-OPENING OF YOUR BUSINESS

I’m not sure any of us could have predicted the last year would be so difficult for so many. We now live in a time where travel, work and the way we live our lives have changed so drastically and I am so very grateful to all our clients who have stood by us.

It would seem, we now have a glimmer of hope on the horizon with the Government’s announcement this week of a planned route map out of lockdown.

Decontamination & Deep Clean Services

We have continued to undertake regular decontamination and deep cleans across a wide variety of sectors giving our clients the confidence to re-open their business in the safest way possible under the government guidelines. None of which would have been possible without our brilliant team who have adapted and worked hard to maintain our core services running during the last year.

As cleaning is our thing we thought our image could be freshened up a bit too...we aren't ones for a full on face lift as we would like you to still recognise us but thought a little non-surgical lift would do us good, hope you love our new logo as much as we do!!
