Within this role you will manage the cleaning staff within a specified area, to ensure that a cost efficient and effective cleaning service is provided to the client.
You will be expected to exceed the agreed service levels, monitor and control labour and consumables within given budgets and audit programs and stock levels on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for the recruitment and selection and general management of your team.
Maintain a proactive relationship with the clients, identifying any potential issues and resolve them with the client, whilst using the Cleanlink Quality Management system to monitor and write reports for cleaning sites.
This role includes managing staff who work during early mornings or early evenings and therefore you would need to work potentially on a split shift basis Monday to Friday to effectively manage your team. Some weekend work needed from time to time.

•Good written and spoken English skills,
English and Spanish essential

•Strong client focus
•Full clean driving license
•Experience within the cleaning industry

•Competent IT skills
•Previous experience of working within
