This rad was too small for the size of the room. She would have her heating on all the time and kept feeling cold. She was wasting soo much on gas.

Having the right size rad her room was getting hotter quicker and saving her gas bill.

This was an example of why you shouldn't use a plastic back nuts on a bath tap. They easily.

This happened on this bath tap and it made the tap very loose, which lead to the tap coming away from the bath.

Was able to reattach it with brass back nuts....that's tap isn't going anywhere any time soon 👍

When you take off the cover and see this amount of dirt, it's clear that it missed a servicing.

Boilers should be serviced once a year, we include a cleaning service because dirt and dust can clog up the system.

Having a thermostatic radiator valve fitted on your radiator allows your to pick and choose which radiator is turned on when you switch on the heating.

You can also control how hot each rad gets too.

Looks at the rust on this Worcester boiler heat exchanger. This was leaking inside the boiler casing. And would eventually start dripping out. It was time to update it with a new one.

You never know what you're going to face when you do a servicing.

Going through my checks, the cap was missing on this boiler. Leaving this house at risk of leaking gases. The cap was replaced leaving the house Gas Safe.

The relevant parties were contacted.
