Job Description
Rising Stars Property Solutions CIC are seeking a GENERAL VOIDS LABOURER clearing residential properties throughout the West Midlands, and surrounding counties.
The post is for 40 hours a week and you will be required to drive the company vehicles, so a valid UK driving licence is mandatory.
Duties consist of the following, but not limited to:
> Carry out full residential dwelling and garden clearance, removing all items and dispose of them in accordance with the companies disposal procedure.
> Assist with the removal of heavy or bulky furniture for storage or disposal when necessary.
> Maintain documentation, media, property clearance targets and job specifications at all times
> Provide before and after photos for all work carried out to the property, sending the photos to the administration department.
> Inform the management team if and when problems arise, so they can be dealt with immediately.
> Driving the company vehicles in a safe, secure and non-aggressive manner at all times.
> Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults to the management team immediately.
> Maintain a high cleanliness of communal access areas and walkways while on-site.
> Follow all Health & Safety procedures including a risk assessments to the property before commencement of work.
> Carry out a final walk around check to ensure that the job is completely cleared
> Undertake any other work that the management may require from time to time.
CSCS card holder would be desirable, but training can be provided
Full UK driving licence is Mandatory.
