📢 IMPORTANT E.C.S CLEANING SERVICES UPDATE 🧼

As of September, a few changes will be taking place across E.C.S Cleaning Services.

🩷 CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your clean with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of your scheduled clean will be payable.

🩷 END OF TENANCY & DEEP CLEANS
All end of tenancy cleans and deep cleans will now require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

We completely understand that life can be hectic and things happen. However, E.C.S Cleaning Services is extremely busy, and when a clean is cancelled at the last minute, it means we lose the opportunity to offer that appointment to someone else who is waiting.

At the moment, our books are FULL and our waiting list is also FULL. 🥹🩷

These changes are simply to help us manage our bookings fairly, protect our time, and continue providing the best possible service to all our wonderful customers.

🌸 A LITTLE HOLIDAY NOTICE 🌸

From 15th August – 22nd August, I’ll be taking a well-earned little holiday with my little family 🥰☀️

I’ll still do my very best to make sure everyone is looked after while I’m away. If you have a clean booked during this time and need cover, please message me and I’ll see what I can arrange.

Please note, not all cleans will be able to be covered, so I really appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️

I’ll be back to normal from week commencing 24th August.

Sorry I’ve been a little quiet lately.

Behind the scenes, we’ve still been working just as hard as ever, but I received some difficult news last week that really knocked me. Alongside a few personal challenges, I’ve needed a little time to process everything.

Life can be tough sometimes, and it’s okay to admit when you need a moment. But one thing I do know is that no matter what life throws at me, I’ll always keep pushing forward.
