Hi guys it's me Paul, just to give you an update, I'm ok an back home, going to be taking the rest of this week off to rest, so basically I had a viral infection that within hours had me going from being fine an out an about to sending my heart rate an blood pressure through the roof, I couldn't breath properly or take a deep breath, an few other classic signs of a heart attack! Had scans, xrays an ecg an was taken straight through to resus (s #%t myself at that point), everything has come back as ok, and actually have a really good heart an lungs for my age (24!) Docs have put it down to viral infection so just need to rest up an take things a little easier, thank you so much for all the well wishes guys an I'll be back out soon enough x
