Hi, it's been some time since we have posted anything. Life has been extremely busy moving aboard our floating home, starting to restore her etc. Just wanted to say "Spring Cleaning" slots are now available for pur regular clients, or as a "one off option" for people wanting a blitz to make their homes ready for the new season.
We also have 2 x 3hrs cleaning slots available (both are fortnightly slots.)

Please respect our decisions.
For the foreseeable future we will no availability. In the winter months we are being responsible for our own and client safety, therefore we will only service "regular weekly/fortnightly clients." This is due to rising Covid figures, so can we please ask that clients ventilate properties prior to our arrival and dispose of rubbish, tissues and used face masks.

Hi everyone, as normality is now within touching distance, thought I would take time to write a post about the last 16 months and the way forward (hopefully.)
As with all small businesses over the last 16ish months there have been difficult, frustrating times. Times when the towel has nearly been thrown in, there's been tears infact the whole range of emotions have been explored! However the main thing is ourselves, the business has survived, with the aid of some truly great friends (you know who you are) who have supported us when the going got tough. It's taught us to appreciate all that's good, made me like gardening Abit more, re discover my love of upcycling etc. So a heartfelt Thank You to everyone has contributed to this
The way forward is about getting back to normal and with people coming off furlough etc we will be welcoming them back on to the rota. So there could be some changes to timings, days etc but hope everyone understands if they are affected. We are hoping to maintain a good work life balance as we move forward as there are other avenues to be explored (all be it tentatively at the moment.)

Hi everyone, we are working hard to minimise risks to our clients and ourselves. As winter weather, colder temperatures are approaching then could we politely remind people that where possible rooms need to be ventilated prior to our arrival as per government guidelines. This is in the interest of health and safety for both yourselves and us.
Also can we please ask that disused items of PPE e.g. facemasks, used tissues, wipes are disposed of safely and properly prior to our arrival.

Hi everyone,
As per the announcement last night, and the government guidelines issued last week for cleaning businesses, we can start to look at getting back to work. So we will be contacting everyone over the next few days to discuss each clients requirements, drawing up a rota.
We are aware that we will still be unable to service our shielded clients, that some of our clients circumstances have changed, some are still furloughed etc. Therefore in the short term this will have an impact on the way we work, our working week will most probably be shorter, cleanining may be arranged for a different day/time to your usual day/time. This will allow us to make it financially viable to continue trading till everyone is out of lock down, shielding etc and hope everyone understands this.
We will be utilising the government's advice and guidance which we will post for you to see, and look forward to getting back to the day job.
Finally we would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support, messages, phone calls etc during this time we have really appreciated it.

Coronavirus

Here at CPS Cleaning we take our cleaning very seriously, I am qualified up to British Institute of Cleaning Science level 2 and undertook the assessors qualification also. We would like to reassure everyone that we are, and will continue to meet our clients requirements for as long as we possibly can, in accordance to government guidelines etc. We will continue to use high quality germicidal products, that have a stronger concentration than anything you can get in a supermarket. We will continue to use a clean, colour coded set of cloths for each client, this is something we have done from day one of our business. We will never use a cloth in your home than has been used in another clients home. These cloths are always washed at 90 degrees, then rinsed in a high quality disenfectant, again something we always do and is not a reaction to the current situation. We will be providing clients with "best practice" information to help keep them safe between visits. Should anyone require any additional cleaning, information or need to cancel due to self isolation please contact me asap.

Hi everyone, we are into October already, and what a busy time we have had this year. October is going to be a mega month in addition to all the regulars we have 3 builders cleans to complete, and 2 clients are been decorated. As the Festive Season is dashing head long towards us (yes it really is) could I please ask if you require additional cleaning, deep cleans etc can I ask that you get them planned in asap. As you all know we will only offer one offer one off cleans to people who aren't regulars once we know all our regular clients cleaning needs are met.
