Hi Patricia! Thanks for writing in! Please see instructions below that may help you out in using the product to its fullest potential:

All-round cleaning and dissolves stubborn rust calcium and limescale even below the waterline. Eliminates odor and deodorizes with fresh scent.

HOW TO USE:
1. Pour this product into the place to be cleaned.
2. Add the right amount of water and immediately foam.
3. Soak for 30 minutes, then gently brush and rinse.

Unblocking Drains or pipes - sprinkle the contents of the pack into 5 litres of cold water and stir with a stick. Take care, as product will heat up.Pour immediately and carefully down the drain or pipe. After 20-30 minutes flush with boiling Water. Repeat if necessary.

Heavy duty cleaning - use same method as above however use approx. 125g of Caustic per 5 litres of water. Rinse areas thoroughly after use with clean fresh water.
