The role:

As a Domestic Cleaner with Neika Cleaning Services, you will:

- Clean residential homes to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service with a professional and friendly approach
- Work independently and efficiently
- Build trust and rapport with regular clients
- Suitable candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards - and be super friendly and reliable!

What We Offer:

- £13.16 per hour
- Flexible part-time hours (4–24 hours per week)
- Holiday pay
- Pension (subject to eligibility)
- Work close to home in Upper Heyford and nearby villages

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Friendly and polite with a customer-focused attitude
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport (to travel between jobs)
- Willing to undergo a DBS check
- Eligible to work in the UK

We’re currently recruiting for cleaning staff in Upper Heyford, Weston on the Green and Bicester!

Site 1: Upper Heyford (on airbase, must be able to drive). Hours either early morning or evening on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Approximately 5-6 hours per week.

Site 2: Upper Heyford. 2 hours per week on Friday anytime after 4pm.

Site 3: Weston on the Green. Hours from 6pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Approximately 6 hours per week. DBS check required.

From late August - approximately 10 hours per week Monday to Friday from 3.30pm daily - school term only - in Bicester. DBS check required.
