Drop your car off to my address at the allotted time then go home and relax, take a stroll down the nearby canal or Sheets Heath, you could even grab a drink at the nearby pub knowing that you dont have to get your hands dirty. Wait for a message from me to let you know your car is ready to collect and then make payment by cash, paypal or bank transfer on collection. Exterior cleans consist of - wheel/alloy and body sprayed using fallout remover to decontaminate and remove iron oxide particles, snowfoam is then used as a prewash which helps to breakdown and remove surface dirt and grime without using a sponge which at this stage can leave scratches/swirls, the snow foam is left on for several minutes to encapsulate the grime before being rinsed off, Your car is then given a traditional handwash using car shampoo and a mitt now that there is no risk of surface grime causing scratches, if having ceramic spray it will now be sprayed over the surface of the car and left for two minutes, the car is then rinsed off, squeegeed and polished to a high shine using a microfiber cloth this includes the mirrors and windows. Interior clean consists of - dusting all plastic trim with polish and a microfiber cloth, hoovering all seats and carpets (removal of pet hair to the best of my ability) and cleaning of windows and interior mirror. I will attempt to remove light marks from backs of seats and plastics where necessary. I only use the best products on the market to ensure the best quality finish (Meguiars, Autoglym etc)

Please note that I am unable to clean soiled carpet or upholstery (vomit, faeces etc)
Refunds will not be given - on collection of your vehicle we will check and ensure you are 100% happy before you leave. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy, any issues will be rectified there and then or an alternative time will be agreed for you to return to have the issue dealt with. Once you have left, you have agreed that you are 100% happy and no further action can be taken.
