Before and after extraction carpet cleaning, pen marks and red wine all removed, the client had a friend attempt stain removal (the splash mark between the sofas) but didn't extract the chemicals used, which later amplifies the problem. A full extraction removed all traffic markings and strains on these synthetic carpets.
