☀️ Summer Holiday Cleaning Notice ☀️

With the 6-week summer holidays approaching, if you have a holiday booked and won’t require your regular clean, please let me know as soon as possible so I can organise the diary.

I also wanted to let everyone know that I’ll be off from 30th July for approximately 3–4 weeks as I’m finally having my surgery. I’ll be on bed rest during my recovery.

Don’t worry – your cleans will still go ahead as the girls will be covering for me while I’m away.

During the school holidays, the girls will only be working Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. If your usual clean falls on a Monday or Friday, it will be moved to one of those days. I’ll be in touch with anyone affected to arrange a suitable day once the summer holidays begin.

Please also note that all cleans between 22nd August and 30th August will be cancelled, as the whole team will be on annual leave enjoying some well-deserved time with our families.

We appreciate your understanding and will resume all regular cleans after this period.

☀️Hot Weather Notice ☀️

With the current high temperatures over the next week or so, we’d just like to let all our clients know that we will still be attending all scheduled cleans.
However, to ensure the health and safety of our team, there may be a few small adjustments throughout the day.

To help keep both your home and our staff as cool as possible, we’d really appreciate it if windows and doors could be left open where it’s safe to do so, and blinds or curtains kept closed to help keep the heat out.

We may also need to:
● Take extra water breaks.
● Work at a slightly slower pace where necessary.

We’ll always do our very best to complete your clean to our usual high standard, but we appreciate your patience and understanding during this hot weather.

We just wanted to give you a heads up that our cleaning prices will be increasing from 13th April. All clients will receive there new price over the next couple of weeks.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but with the rising costs behind the scenes, it’s necessary to keep our business running and maintain the standard of cleans we’re proud of.

All cleans are cash only, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

Payment is due on the day of your clean. I can no longer continue chasing payments after services have been completed.

If payment isn’t made on the same day and it does have too be chased up there will be a £5 charge.

If I have to keep chasing payments, your cleans will be cancelled.
