As we start planning for the summer holidays, we’d like to kindly ask our valued clients to let us know as soon as possible if you’re considering cancelling any scheduled cleans during the 6-week break.
Last summer, we experienced a high number of cancellations, which made it very difficult to fill spaces at short notice. Giving us plenty of notice helps us plan staffing and workloads effectively and ensures we can continue providing the best possible service.
Where possible, we kindly ask that cleans continue as normal throughout the holidays. The summer period can be particularly challenging due to the volume of cancellations, and it can also create a significant backlog when regular schedules resume.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We truly appreciate your custom and will always do our best to accommodate your plans wherever we can.
