NEW CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS UPDATE.
Following the PM announcement last night and upon checking updated guidelines this morning, we can continue to work under the new restrictions for the next 4 weeks.
We will continue to follow Gov guidelines and as always the safety of our clients and staff is paramount.
With this in mind can I ask that if you are going to be home during our visit that you remain in one room to maintain social distance at all times, and where possible open windows in other rooms to ensure they are well ventilated.
We will ensure hands are washed before we start work.
We will wear face coverings where necessary and will ensure all touch points such as light switches and door handles are sanitised.
We will ensure all equipment is cleaned down in between each customer.
If myself or any member of the team begin to show symptoms then we will inform you immediately and I ask that you do the same.
If you do wish to postpone your cleaning over these 4 weeks then please let me know ASAP so I can organise the jobs accordingly.

Dear valued customers,

Following Boris Johnson’s announcement yesterday evening (10th May) it has been stated that the covid 19 restrictions have started to be relaxed meaning we are able to return to work with a few changes in place.

We will be returning to work on 18th May 9:00am. Cleaning- wearing ppe (face masks shoe covers and gloves). Hand washing will be done on arrival and at end of clean. We will continue to provide cleaning products including cloths which will be used at a single location before being boil washed. We will use disinfectants proven to kill Covid 19. During the clean we ask that everyone in the house stay in either 1 room or go out for the duration of the clean. Importantly We ask if anyone in the house has any illness or feels under the weather they are to let us know ASAP prior to your clean. We shall not turn up if ourselves or a member of our household feels unwell (we will be monitoring our health daily whilst the covid 19 pandemic is still present).

Once again we would like to say thank you to all who supported through out our journey.

We will be returning to work on 18th May 9:00am.

We will contact each customer individually with this message to ensure we can make a plan for your individual needs.
