Part-Time Cleaner Required

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking part-time cleaner to join our team.

Position Details:
Self-employed role
£15 per hour
Working alongside myself

Start date: within the next week or so
Working days: Wednesday and Thursday
Hours typically between 7:45am and 5:00–5:30
Work mainly located in the Tunbridge Wells area

Requirements:
*Full driving licence preferred due to work locations

*Must be available to work during both term time and school holidays

*Must be happy to sign a contract

*Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to attending all scheduled shifts (unless on approved holiday)

*Positive attitude and strong work ethic

It is with great regret that I need to inform everyone that, if we are unable to find another cleaner to work alongside me by the end of next week,
we may unfortunately have no choice but to reduce our opening hours on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

This is not a decision we have wanted to consider, but with our current cleaner leaving, it will be extremely difficult to manage the workload on these days alone.

We will keep everyone updated over the coming week and remain hopeful that we can find someone suitable to fill the position.

Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we have had to close the business today.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do our best to reschedule as many of today's cleans as possible over the coming week while we manage the situation.

Once we are in a position to do so, we will contact all affected clients individually to explain further details and arrange alternative appointments where possible.

Dear Clients,

Due to increased demand and a growing waiting list, we would like to inform you that from 1 June, we will require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee, except in cases of genuine emergencies or extreme circumstances.
This policy allows us to offer available appointments to clients who are waiting for a slot and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we thank you for helping us provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
