We’re Hiring – Area Cleaning Supervisor (Evenings)
📍 Trowbridge, Wiltshire & surrounding town’s / villages
💷 £13.95 per hour
🚐 Company Van Provided
⏰ 15 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 5:00pm–8:00pm)
Due to continued growth, Clay & Co. Facilities Group is seeking a reliable, professional and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor to support our cleaning teams across a portfolio of sites, within schools and educational settings.
This is an important client-facing role and a key part of our operational team. You will support colleagues across multiple sites, carry out inspections and audits, maintain service standards, provide training and guidance, and act as a trusted point of contact for both clients and staff.
As one of our out-of-hours supervisors, you will play an important role in ensuring our services continue to run safely, professionally and to the high standards our clients expect.

We are looking for someone who is organised, approachable, professional and enjoys supporting others. Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
As this role involves working within educational settings, the successful applicant will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check and our safer recruitment process.
