Gutter vacuum from today 👇

We carried out a full gutter vacuum to this commercial shop Conroy couch in Torquay town .

The back gutters had been blocked for too long and had caused water leaking into the building 😩 the gutters are now on a maintenance schedule .

The flat roof was holding a lot of grass build up from seagull nesting and causing the drains to be blocked , we cleared the roof after the gutters and collected 6 bin bags off moss and grass 😩😩!

We have also booked the main roof to be cleaned to remove all the moss and debris this will then stop the gutters getting blocked .

Get yours booked in before water / damp starts to be a issue and cost you money 💰

Todays multi cleaning 👇

We carried out a low pressure clean to this lovely resin driveway & walkways and treated it with chemicals to help enhance the overall look 👏

We was asked to clean the pavement also when cleaning the drive just to give finish the look 👌

We did a clean to all the solar panels after becoming green with algae and lichen , after a good clean should see better results in the energy and save some 💰

We also did a deep clean to all windows and frames around the property , finished with some internal windows and roof conservatory clean 💪

End of tenancy clean 😩👇

We carried out a full internal clean to this property , it was in a real need for a deep clean after tenants had left it 😩.

We also carried out courtyard clean and removed all rubbish .

External gutter vacuum to remove grass and moss and clean all white fronts , windows and frames also had a deep clean !!

Property left clean, smelling fresh and most of all back to a normally living state ready for pictures next week to be sold 🤝

Hard one this one but end results speak for themselves once again 👏 professional service gets results 💯

Todays roof cleaning 🔥🏠

We was asked to carry out a full roof clean & chemical treatment .

Customer was fed up with moss falling all
Over the walkways and patio areas , also the moss blocking the gutters which then caused internal water damage to the property 😩! Also customer fed up with the general dirty aperance look of the roof .

Using our specialist roof cleaning equipment we are able to make the roof look brand new without causing any damages to the roof !! 👏

We low pressure cleaned the roof and side walls , we also removed a seagulls nest in the chimney and cleaned 🤝

After cleaning we applied a biocide to kill any remaining moss / algae and help prevent regrowth for a few years 👏👏

Gutters were all cleaned & vacuum with a full window clean this comes as standard with all our roof cleans 😍👌
