🚨 Henry Update 🚨

After years of loyal service, Henry has finally become self-aware.

Today's activities included:

• Hiding behind doors
• Attempting parkour in the hallway
• Practising gymnastics upside down
• Staring at staff from dark corners
• Following cleaners without permission
• Creating minor heart attacks around blind corners

At this point, we're no longer running a cleaning company.

We're running a Henry daycare centre.

Please keep him busy. He gets emotional when left alone. 🧡🧹

End of tenancy over the weekend to help our regular customers who was on the tight schedule of moving out
We have been working around movers and painters at a 23C hot house , only cleaner will understand what this means.
Scrubbing on our hands and knees managed to achieve amazing results over 9 hours of hard work.
Cleaning is not for faint hearted.

We don’t usually post things like this, but we’d really value your opinion.

We recently completed a cleaning job for a client who needed help urgently, so we fitted her in last minute. Two of our cleaners worked non-stop for 2.5 hours each (5 hours total) in a property with heavy pet hair and challenging conditions.

The job was completed as agreed.

The client requested to pay cash on completion and asked our cleaners to wait at the property until she arrived. She then turned up 40 minutes late. By that time, one of our cleaners had already left to make it in time for the school run, leaving one cleaner on site.

At that point, the client accused us of only sending one cleaner and refused to pay.

She also stated she was unhappy because an additional room — which was never included in the agreed service — wasn’t cleaned.

As a small business, situations like this are incredibly difficult. We always try to be flexible and help where we can, but this feels unfair to our team who worked extremely hard.

👉 Our cleaners will still be paid in full — we always stand by our staff.

Because of this, Ninja Cleaners will now be updating our policy:
➡️ Deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans will require payment upfront rather than upon completion.

Unfortunately, we will now have to consider legal action to recover the outstanding payment.
