โœจ LATE PAYMENTS โœจ

I try to be as lenient in terms of payments as I can be. However I currently have over ยฃ300 in outstanding payments and I cannot and should not have to continue to run a small business in this way.

Therefore I will now have to be stricter in implementing terms and conditions, late payment fees will be added, and services stopped until payment is made.

If this continues I will have no choice but to change payments and all payments will have to be made in advance. Please can any outstanding payments be made immediately to avoid any further action.

โœจ WHAT IS BODY DOUBLING? โœจ

Body doubling is a productivity technique used to improve motivation, focus, and accountability. It is particularly useful to those who have ADHD, but can be used by anyone to speed things up or help motivate you to achieve a goal youโ€™re not quite reaching alone.

Highly popular and successful with cleaning and de-cluttering, it is a proven way of increasing task initiation, reducing anxiety during a task, and improving mood during and after the task is complete. What would be completely overwhelming alone, can become manageable with the help of someone else.

Duration will depend on the individual client and what they would like to achieve. Some sessions can be 2 hours, some 6 hours. Only you know how much change and focus your brain can cope with before distractions creep in or burnout occurs. It can be emotional for some, and sometimes sessions will come to a natural end which is completely fine.

Body doubling is only ยฃ15ph and can be helpful with cleaning, de-cluttering and organising, admin (paperwork organisation and form filling), office work, studying and learning, mental health support, and creative projects.
