Another stone restoration! This time a beautiful Limestone kitchen floor in . My client thought that cracks and holes were starting to open up in the floor but in actual fact it was dirt that had built up and was collecting in the low points highlighting the nooks and crannies of the stone.
The floor was in desperate need of a good clean and hadn’t been re-sealed in a long time so I set to work with my machines, cleaning the discoloured grout and restoring the surface of the stone. Once the floor had had a really good clean, and I’d stopped for a bite to eat, two coats of a professional grade impregnating seal were applied to stop water and oil based contaminants from penetrating the stone.
Unfortunately the lighting wasn’t great for the before pictures but regardless, the post restoration pictures are stunning! Without a doubt, the centre piece of the kitchen once more.
