Yet another badly finished drain on an extension.

We see this more and more, where builders have built an extension
on the rear of a house and left the drain pipes open or poorly
jointed so the rats can come up from the sewer and enter the property. Usually running in the walls all over the house so you
struggle to pin point where they came in.

This was behind a plasterboard wall in the conservatory.

We spent most of yesterday doing surveys with our drain camera. This little fella kept popping up to say "HI".
An increasing number of our rat problems are through drain faults. Usually we can find them with the drain cam and jetter.

This is how cluster flies get their name, "clustered" on a roof truss in a customers loft.
It seems the weather conditions over the last few weeks have been ideal for them, we are getting calls most days to deal with them.

The weather has a lot to answer for at the moment, the cold and wet has moved the rats out of the fields very quickly this year.
We are seeing a large increase in farm populations all of a sudden.

Strange request I know, but I'm looking for a lady....
Her name is Karen or Katie (we think) and she witnessed an accident with one of our vehicles last December.
She drives a blue mini with a white roof and was travelling on the Masham to Sinderby road behind our grey Ford ranger when someone pulled out on it at the Carthorpe junction.
I know it's a long shot but here's hoping.
