We would like to thank all of our wonderful customers for another very busy year.

Thank you for your patience with Jenny’s recent cochlear implant surgery, we are so so pleased with the results so far! Some of you may have even been able to speak to Jenny on the phone which we never thought would be possible! We are very excited for her progress over the next few months too! 🥂🎉

Good evening to all of our lovely customers…

Some may say it’s too early, anyone who drops off to Emma will know it’s not 🤣🎄🤶🏼

Our ✨ Christmas ✨ working days.

Last collections will be Thursday 21st December.

We both have extremely full diaries leading up to Christmas so if you are an adhoc customer please give plenty of notice to avoid disappointment. We will let all our regular customers know how the Christmas break will affect anyone’s collections.

Good evening!

Just to let you know, Jenny’s surgery went really well.
In technical language, they connected all the electrodes in the cochlear as she ideally needed so fingers crossed in the next coming weeks and months Jenny will start to learn new sounds and speech.

Jenny is a bit battered and sore with a bit of dizziness but apart from that she’s doing extremely well ❤️ thank you for all the well wishes! We are looking after her and if she’s lucky I might do her ironing 🤣

Most of Jenny’s customers are already aware but just a reminder that my wonderful mum is having Cochlear Implant surgery tomorrow.

It’s been a long time coming and an exciting journey ahead, I am so proud of my mum with all the struggles she faces with being deaf.

We are not sure on all the appointments we will have in the coming weeks so even my ironing collections & deliveries may be disrupted but I’m sure you’ll agree it’s totally worth it.

Good luck mum, I can’t wait for all the exciting times to follow that we’ve not been able to do before.
