We were delighted to offer use of one of our vans recently to support Bryncoch Scout Group move tents, equipment and kit to the All Wales Scout Camp in Builth Wells, with over 1000 young people in attendance. With the UK Scout Group being around since 1910, this was an amazing weekend for the young people to meet and make new friends and develop life long skills that will help them in future years. 👏👏

Had lots of fun with the Celvac team at the recent Wessex Water & South West Water’s Race Night 2026 in Ashton Gate Stadium, Bristol. With over 400 people supporting the event, a huge amount of money was raised for WaterAid on the night, taking the total raised since this event started to over £1million. We were joined on our table by Mark Pugh from Marches BioGas, Adam Keylock from ESS and Chris Taylor-King from Gavin Griffiths Group, and whilst the Celvac horse didn't do very well on the night the Celvac chocolates helped us get over our disappointment!

Well done to the Wessex team for organising such a great event, the food was excellent, wine was flowing, the company was great and my pockets were lighter by the end of the night! .

It was great to see the Celvac team support the Wales Employee Ownership Conference that took place last week at Cardiff. Our Finance Director, Jon Strange, was one of the panel members discussing the challenges and financial pressures that EO Companies and Trusts face when seeking access to funding, including how to manage relationships with financial institutions.

In it’s second year, the conference, organised by Geldards LLP, provided an informative and busy agenda, covering wide ranging topics that all related to EO transition, life after completion, succession, financial planning and employee empowerment. Celvac transitioned to Employee Ownership 3 years ago and having received lots of invaluable advice over the years on what not to do, it was a great opportunity to share our learnings with other businesses who are at the start of their journey.

Celvac is delighted to be able to support Tenby local Stephanie Waring in her Triathlon challenges this year. Having won Bronze at the recent European Championships in Tarragona, Spain, she has a busy calendar in front of her and we are looking forward to reading race reports as she travels around the world. When Steph is not busy as an instructor at Tenby Leisure Centre or providing sports massage therapy to fellow athletes, you will find her either running, swimming and cycling around Pembrokeshire, keeping up with a strict fitness regime whilst dealing with everything else life throws at her. Good luck Steph with the year ahead. 😄👊💪🚴‍♀️🏆
