There are roadworks near the end of our lane from today until Thursday. Access should still be permitted, but there may be some delays in accessing the site during their working hours 8am-4pm.

Please be aware if you are travelling to the site from the Shrewsbury side (A53) that Hazles Road is closed near The Tiddly. The road closure is due to end on Friday 13th June at 4pm.

We are beginning the next row of upgrades next week so there will be tractors & trailers accessing the site through the main entrance. Please be mindful when entering and exiting the site and also when driving round to your caravan.
There may be some disruption while these vehicles are on site.
If you have had an email from us about moving your caravan please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Just a reminder that the barrier will be changing over to the winter hours from tomorrow - 8am to 8pm.
We have also got mole traps around the field so please take care when driving on site - the traps are marked with a post.

Is it all it seems?

For our avid followers, you will know that one area of focus for our team is caravans.

This evening I have seized yet another outstanding stolen caravan in the Warrington area which was bought through a social media marketplace platform. Unfortunately the new owner did not complete their due diligence until after money had exchanged and they had collected the caravan.

The new owner had a feeling something wasn’t quite right and they contacted us for some advice. Having met up with them and using the excellent services of NCC CRiS we were able to verify the caravan, confirm it was stolen. We even spoke to the previous owner who was shocked to hear the news that we had located this. The caravan has now been seized.

For anyone buying a caravan please make sure that you aren’t being ripped off. The CRiS register is a hugely useful tool to check that it is not stolen etc.

If something to too good to be true, it generally is too good to be true. Don’t take the risk as an innocent buyer.

We have had confirmation that the speed bumps will be being installed tomorrow (Thursday 11th July). This will mean that access will be restricted while one of them is being installed- an email will be sent out shortly confirming the time frame of the restrictions.
Please check your spam folders if you have not seen the email that was sent out on 4th July regarding work on the site.

EDIT- Access will be restricted between 7:00am - 1:00pm.
