We would like to bring to your attention that there are several overdue payments from both advance payers and customers who settle their accounts after cleaning services have been rendered.
As a reminder, our advance payment option offers a discounted rate, which is only applicable when payments are made on time, as per the scheduled due date. Failure to settle the outstanding amount prior to the next scheduled cleaning will result in the full price being charged, and your account will be updated accordingly.
To continue enjoying the discounted rate, we kindly request that you settle the outstanding balance, along with the next advance payment.
For customers who pay after cleaning, we appreciate prompt settlements to avoid any delays.
Please note that for accounts with more than two outstanding payments, we will temporarily place cleaning services on hold until the owed amounts are settled.
