Even tho it turned in to a bigger job then expected, due a damp issues which we resolved for the customer.
New granite surround and mantle fitted with a slate Hearth to Compliment the new fire opening and wood burner 🔥

A job done a couple of weeks ago in Milton abbot. We removed the stone work that wrapped around the bottom of the chimney breast,raised the lintel,widened the fire opening, lined the flue with a flexible flue liner and plastered the chimney breast and fixed a new mantle. The stove was connected from the back to bring it out of the opening as much as possible. Was a lovely job to do.

This was a nice job up at Thorndon cross a couple weeks ago. Removing plaster board in and around the builders opening and raising and widening the opening and forming face brick work with arch, lining the opening with a fire proof board and installing an Arada ecoburn plus 5 widescreen with new flue and cowl. Thanks to Tobe Warren for doing a great job with the brick work.
