Over the past few weeks we’ve carried out a lot more professional upholstery cleaning. When you purchase a new piece of furniture, it’s a big investment for your home. Often, people choose the composition, the size, the style and the colour to match their living spaces.

When caring for soft furnishings, it’s really important to know, what you can use safely, what can bring the best results and what method is most suitable - it’s not a one method/product fits all scenario, as fibres react differently to products and heat, let alone mechanical agitation and extraction! 🤓

We are trained specialists, that can quickly identify how best to take care of your investment, without risk. Admittedly, this is not a 5 minute job, and costs a fraction of your initial purchase.

Commando Cleaning - Taunton, has been in operation for coming up a decade. In that time, we’ve professionally cleaned thousands of pieces, taken courses, studied a variety of products and aim to bring the best results, every time.

We’re taking bookings for November and December currently, so feel free to get in touch to reserve your space.

Carpets & Upholstery are some of our biggest investments when furnishing a household, office, or business. So, when it comes to maintenance, it's really important to employ someone who can bring great results, a fast turnaround and a seamless service.

Some think it's a one product/method fits all when it comes to carrying out a deep clean; it's not. Firstly, fibre identification is imperative - what fabric are we dealing with? Secondly, what products and methods can be used safely? Lastly, what method can be used when rinsing/extracting/bonneting?

Where it's tempting to go with the cheapest option, it often comes with risks! I always say: Time spent researching the kit and equipment someone is using, reviews, how long they've been in operation, and whether they're insured and accredited will add to or subtract from your confidence in their ability.

Commando Cleaning is your number one, Taunton-based, Veteran-owned business. We turn up on time, produce results, and ensure you're happy upon completion. We proudly offer a loyalty bonus and reward blue-light service workers, OAPs, and forces personnel, naturally.

Have a great weekend, everyone, and do reach out if I can be of assistance; I would be pleased to help.
