Pitch Fibre is the DEVIL 👿 after carrying out a Homebuyers CCTV Survey for a client, the pipes were found to be blistered and deformed, but luckily our friends at West Country Drainage were on hand to help re-round and line all three lengths on site. A successful job completed this week along with some other septic tank and CCTV surveys done too 😁💩

YES I may have accidentally dropped a whole tub of dye in the septic tank outlet 🤦🏼‍♂️
BUT clearly this has proven that this septic tank has an illegal discharge directly to a watercourse which was established while carrying out a homebuyers survey. 💩

Drainage Compliance carried out for a customer on a property they are planning to purchase. Septic tank and drains backing up means a failed drainage field and a non-compliant system ☹️ Make sure you have a survey carried out before hand to avoid any disappointment!

Remember people….it’s well worth getting a Drainage Compliance Survey when buying a property! This one is ILLEGAL with a septic tank discharging straight to a ditch!
