We have kindly been donated a selection of jigsaw puzzles, which are now available in the office.

If you’re supporting a service user who enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, please feel free to collect one during your next visit to the office and pass it on to them. We hope they’ll bring some enjoyment and help keep our service users engaged.💙

At Tamworth Home Care Limited, we’re proud to support our local community in more ways than just providing care.

As many of you know, we regularly collect donations for the Tamworth Food Bank. Our collection box is located in our office reception, where staff and visitors are welcome to donate non-perishable food.

We’re also pleased to help by donating carrier bags both recycled bags and some of our own to support the food bank with distributing donations to those who need them.

It’s wonderful to be able to give back to our local community and support individuals and families during difficult times. Every donation, no matter how big or small, can make a real difference. Thank you to everyone who continues to support this fantastic cause. 💙

At Tamworth Home Care Limited, the safety and wellbeing of our team will always be a top priority.

With crime rates rising in the local area, we have purchased personal emergency alarms for all of our lone-working evening care staff. While we hope they never need to be used, these alarms provide an extra layer of reassurance and support for our carers while they are out in the community delivering essential care.

These alarms are being managed and issued by our Field Supervisor, Sharron, who is ensuring every member of the evening team is equipped and knows how to use them.

We remain committed to doing everything we can to protect our dedicated carers, so they can continue providing outstanding care to those who need it most. 💙

We are absolutely disgusted to report that at approximately 10:50pm last night, as our Field Supervisor was leaving the office to respond to an emergency call, their vehicle was deliberately attacked and smashed with baseball bats.

At the same time, an office on our site was broken into, making this a deeply concerning and distressing incident for everyone involved. In recent weeks this is the 5th time an office has been broken into.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and utterly disgraceful. No one should have to face violence!

Thankfully, our colleague was not physically injured, but incidents like this have a significant emotional impact.

The matter has been reported to the police, We hope those responsible are identified and held accountable for their actions.
