First flush of this year!

This flush, a 10 rad open vented system which had one or 2 that were just not getting hardy any heat at all, so out came the beast 💪

🧽 Kamco FX2 cleaner for descaling
🧲 Kamco combi mag to catch the sludge/magnetite
🔨 radiators agitated using SDS hammer action
🧼 F&E tank cleaned in the loft
🧴Radiator valves greased and freed up
♨️System restored and protected with sentinal X100 inhibitor.

Now the customer can be ready for winter in their cosy, warm home 🥰

🏁 Another one over the line! 🏁

This job, bath replaced with large shower tray with drying area, SwissGrip tanking system on the tray floor for a high non slip rating. Grab rails for ease of access ( customers request) comfort height close coupled toilet and a tall vanity basin. Finished off with lighting wall panels by swish panelling and LVT flooring.
