Message to all new and existing customers. Payment is to be made within 48 hours of the clean. I understand people forget which is why I always drop a message a few days later for payment (which is no issue).

But to those who read and ignore me your space will be filled. I run a business, not a charity!!

95% of you are amazing and I’m more than grateful to have you on my round.

I’m human, there’s plenty of times I’m short of money, just communicate with me asking to square up when possible. I always appreciate the honesty.

It’s not fair for me to message the same people multiple times for payment, I’ve never door knocked forcing my services on people… people always contact me requesting my services so why am I chasing for payment?

job number 1 was completed Saturday, the other 2 static homes booked in for today, 1 is completed, onto number 2 now.. all homes are having fascias, soffits and gutters cleaned as well as a shimmering window clean to finish it all off!

That final rinse down once the frames and glass have been cleaned is so important.. why??
Once I’ve been and the glass starts to dry there could be little bits of dirt left on the glass that’s flicked off of the frames or brush head. By giving a thorough rinse at the end of it all means I can walk away 100% happy that your windows will dry spotless and shimmering!

Hi everyone! Please don’t believe that the water fed pole leaves “spotting” on your windows once it’s dried.. all you need is professional that loves what they do with no shortcuts taken! Each and every clean includes your frames and sills which is vital and 100% necessary if the windows are to dry “spotless”. Many cleaners cut corners and don’t clean your frames properly before cleaning the glass😐

Apparently the new marketing strategy for window cleaners is posting emotional stories about how they spent 4 hours knocking doors and everyone was horrible to them… then asking Facebook for sympathy work.

I would try that myself… but honestly I haven’t even bothered canvassing lately.

Main reasons being:

• I’m getting older and busier
• The weather can’t make its mind up
• Most people are out when you knock anyway
• And the rest answer the door mid-tea, holding a baby that’s just filled its nappy while the dog tries to escape past your legs.

Truth is, nobody really wants a bloke randomly appearing on their doorstep while they’re cooking sausages and arguing with the kids.

So instead of pretending I’ve been traumatised by door knocking, I’ll just say this:

If you need windows cleaning, gutters clearing, or fascias soffits or cladding washed, that’s what we do.
