Don’t forget your regularly yearly sweep

Chim chiminey, chim chiminey, chim chim cher-ee!
With England in lockdown once again and the darker and colder nights upon us many of us are taking the opportunity to pop on a boxset and, for those lucky enough, to snuggle infront of a roaring fire. After attending a number of chimney fires at domestic and commercial properties lately we thought we'd remind you how to keep safe if you have a wood burner. And we've done the leg work for you and got confirmation that chimney sweeps are classes as key workers so are still able to work. 👍
Now off you go guv'nor and make sure your home is safe!

Please note re multi fuel stoves

If you have a multi fuel stove please don't burn old fashioned house coal as it is not suitable, use smoke less coal only or untreated wood of 20% moisture or less.
