We’re proud to share that TCFM has achieved an EcoVadis Bronze Medal! This recognition reflects the progress we’re making across sustainability, ethics, responsible procurement and how we support our colleagues.

For us, it’s about more than a rating. The EcoVadis assessment gives us an independent view of where we’re doing well, where we can improve and how we can continue strengthening our approach.

We know sustainability isn’t a one-off achievement — it’s an ongoing commitment. This milestone recognises the work already happening across TCFM, while giving us even more motivation to keep moving forward and delivering responsible facilities management that creates long-term value for our customers, colleagues and communities.

100% audit achievement across all sites
Consistently exceeding KPIs, with 95%+ performance across every site
Successfully rolling out multiple new sites and growing our security team
Celebrated 30 years of service with one of our dedicated security officers — an incredible achievement that reflects the loyalty, experience and commitment within our teams

We’re also incredibly proud that our longest-standing security partnership has been shortlisted for the PFM awards, recognising the professionalism, consistency and dedication shown by the officers who support that contract every day.

A fantastic visit for our Sales & Marketing team to the home of Henry, also known as Numatic's headquarters in Chard.

The visit provided valuable understandings into the innovation, engineering, and sustainability that underpin the equipment we use to support our customers. From exploring how sustainable supply chains are helping reduce environmental impact to getting a first look at exciting new technologies in development, it was an excellent opportunity to see what's shaping the future of facilities management.
