Acorn have recently had a defibrator installed on our Pilkington Tile Site.
In this day and age, this incredible piece of equipment, can literally be the difference between life and death.

With Defibrillators being so readily available, we at Acorn would encourage any site, property or business, to look at getting one out in place.

Regular Calibration of Temperature Probes is seen as essential, to ensure accurate measurement, at all times.

At Acorn we ensure all engineers have calibration carried out, every quarter as a minimum.

It is also encouraged, should a probe be dropped or knocked about, calibration be carried out as good practice.

This is a property we visited, that is a great example of why the need for regular cleaning and maintenance of Electric Insect Killers, is an absolute must.

This property had not had a visit for 3-4 months, in which time both bulbs had blown, yet not been replaced and the waste tray was…we’ll see for yourself.

From the sign you can see rodents have been seen in this area, yet the bins inside the bin store are overflowing.
This creates a source of food and a relatively accessible environment for both rats and mice.
Inevitably it significantly reduces the likelihood of the bait being taken and the problem being resolved.
