Summer cleans for our summer plan customers, start from the first Monday in May, so Monday 4th May 2026 this year and run right up until Saturday 19th September 2026 🤩
Please make note, ensure all bins are available and ready for the team to clean.

We are in the process of recovering her and seeing what happened! Please bear with us next few weeks if we are a little slower!

Hi all 👋
So, end of an era….
Had to say goodbye to my beloved Fiat Doblo today 🥲 She has been a building block of our company for many years and will be missed!
I’ve been assured she is going to the van farm where she will be able to play with many other pre loved vans 🤔
Happy to say we have a brand new (for us) small transit courier joining the fleet 👍
Good bye dobbie doblo, it’s been emotional 🥹 🤣👍

Hello all 👋
This week we have issues with staff which will effect rounds on Thursday & Friday (29th & 30th August). We have tried to contact all customers in the villages but seem to have old contact information for a couple of addresses.
Village round, usually completed on the Thursday will now be on Saturday so, please leave bin available, all waste bagged and under 1/4 full so we can easily remove and replace after the clean.
All other rounds will hopefully go as planned BUT if your bin is not cleaned on your expected day please leave available and we'll be back the following day.
Sorry for this inconvenience and I hope you all understand.

Good morning all,
As I'm sure you've noticed summer cleans have now started. It's so nice to actually start summer cleans in the sun! Usually in driving wind and rain 🤣
We have had a little bad news this weekend with one of the team fracturing his ankle! We are still cleaning but if your bin is not cleaned on the expected day please just leave available in the usual place and we will be back within 48 hours (max) to clean for you 👍
If you do need to use your bin, all we ask is that it is securely bagged and under 1/4 full for us to easily remove before replacing after the clean.

Tis the season, well nearly!

Thank you to everyone for helping us decipher the new rounds for SBC, been a bit of a nightmare but things seem to be working out!

Just a heads up that we are behind on Christmas cards this year as we had to wait to collate all the data before we could advise on Christmas cleans. If you are on the standard or summer plan the next clean will be your last before Christmas. We will be putting card through but may be after the clean, just so your aware :-)

Hi all 👋
So, as I'm sure must of you are aware the council is changing all collection dates as of 27th November. We have sent out emails to all direct debit customers (that we have on file) asking for details of the new date of the first general waste collection. If you have not received an email please can you email us: [email protected] with just you house number, street address, postcode and the date (not day) of the first general waste collection.
Please do not comment on here or IM as need all information in one place as this is causing a complete nightmare for us 👍

Well, that was summer!

Summer cleans have now ended and we are back onto the four weekly cleans for all summer plan customers.

Can I take this opportunity to thank all you lovely customers for your understanding with the recent council 'issues'. With missed bin collections we had a logistical nightmare getting all bins done as and when emptied and you have all been very understanding, thank you🤩

It looks, so far this week, things have settled down 🤞

If we could leave all of you a review, we would.... hint, hint 🤣 An honest review would be great on Facebook and/or Google if you could find the time 👍

Thanks all, be in touch again when we find out what the council are doing with changing rounds, etc...

So as most of you may have noticed summer cleans have now started, May - September 🤩
Please ensure your bin is available to clean in the usual place, if the bin is not cleaned on your expected day just leave out and we will be back the next day 👍 We always do try to clean on the day but as our rounds grow this may not always be possible.
Lets all hope for a long, hot summer! ☀️☀️☀️

We have made a mistake and have listened...
Classic, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'!
I have taken the decision to stand down as odour control supervisor 😂
Normal service will resume in the coming weeks 👍
Christmas cards coming out from this week with all Christmas clean dates.
