I had a call on Tuesday from a lovely lady who lives in Old Town. She said she had a rat problem and her plumber fitted a rat valve but she was still having problems with them. I opened the drain and it was obvious the valve had not been fitted correctly. I reposisioned the valve but the problem wasn't the drain. Rats were gaining access through the hole where the pipe came through from the kitchen.

A domestic customer today, rats have gnawed through the toilet waste pipe allowing them to access the bathroom. The rats then followed the water pipes that were boxed in and ended up beneath the bath. Drain valve fitted so will be rat free from now on. Another very relived and very satisfied customer.

A house in Swindon that squirrels took a liking to. Unusually 3 different entrance hole had been chewed through the fascia. Squirrels have been evicted and holed will be proofed on Monday.

A call out to a restaurant this morning. The owner saw a rat in the kitchen when he opened up. I would sy they have been there for some time.

A recent timber framed extension was built at a house in Swindon. The owners started to hear scratching noises in the new ceiling. After a bit of investigation, managed to find the entry points and resolve the problem quickly.
