Huge thank you to everyone who donated to our fundraiser! We managed to raise an unbelievable £225, and I am so grateful for your generosity.

Because of your support, we’ve been able to get this young lady new flooring, curtains and a curtain pole, lamps, bedding, cushions, shelves, a bedside table, and several other essentials to make her room complete. We also spent Saturday clearing out all the rubbish, so the space is now totally transformed and ready for her.

This is going to provide her with the safe space she truly needs.

Hiya im writing to let you know about some upcoming dates when I will be away and the business will be closed. Please take note of the following:

• Easter Break: Closed from Friday, 3 April through Friday, 10 April (reopening Monday, 13 April).

• Early May Bank Holiday: Closed on Monday, 4 May.

• Spring Break: Closed from Monday 18 May through Friday, 22 May.

• Spring Bank Holiday: Closed on Monday, 25 May.

We spent three hours removing all mouldy furniture and lots and lots of rubbish from this young girl’s bedroom. We are only a little way through, but we have made progress. We are back there this Friday and Saturday to get this room finished. Thank you for everybody that has donated to the GoFundMe. We have raised £165 and the GoFundMe is still open on the weekend. I will be taking the young girl shopping to buy new bits to make her room special

Thank you to everybody that has already donated. We’re very happy to say that we have already raised £90 towards sorting this young girl’s room out. Our plan is to be able to get a skip and be able to provide some new furniture and make this into a safe space again be young lady is autistic and she does spend a hell of a lot of time in this bedroom and doesn’t like people in her space. Her family have asked me to help and that is what I’m gonna do. We will be completing the Clean for absolutely free we just would like donations to help towards a skip and furniture so if you have anything even if it’s a pound, we would really appreciate it as every little Will help to get this cleaned down as soon as possible thank you to everybody that has already donated and for everybody watching the journey

Hi everyone, I’m reaching out because I recently encountered a heartbreaking situation that I can’t ignore. While working as a cleaner in Swindon, I came across a young autistic girl’s bedroom that is in desperate need of help. Her room, which should be her safe haven, is currently filled with black mold—a serious health risk that no child should have to face.

My family and I are committed to deep cleaning the room, treating the mold, and making it a safe, welcoming space for her. We’re donating our time and labor, but we need your help to cover the costs of disposal, new furniture, and materials to prevent the mold from returning.

Your scheduled cleaning appointments are important to us at Hayley's Cleaning. We understand that adjustments may be needed, and we appreciate advance notice.

• *Cancellation Policy*: To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full cleaning fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and compensate our cleaners for lost time.

• Holiday Notice: Please inform us as soon as possible if you will not require cleaning services during your holidays.

• *Equipment and Products*: Hayley's Cleaning provides all standard cleaning equipment and products. If you would like us to use your preferred products, please let us know in advance. For specialized cleaning tasks, clients are responsible for providing any necessary specialty cleaning products.

• **Social Media Consen**t: We sometimes use photos and videos of our work for promotional purposes on social media. If you prefer that we do not include your property in these materials, please notify us.

• *Our Holiday Closures*: We will notify you at least three weeks in advance of any holiday closures affecting our services.

• *Bank Holidays*: Please note that we do not provide cleaning services on Bank Holiday Mondays or Good Friday.
