Hello to all clients past, present and future. This is a gentle reminder and not one we really want to do, but unfortunately we find ourselves in a position where we have to. Can we please remind all clients that payment for cleans have to be made within 24 hours of the service being carried out. Failure to do so will mean that from now on, going forward, any client that does not pay within the agreed timescales will have any future cleans cancelled with immediate effect. Please remember this is our income, and pays our mortgage and bills just like everyone else. We find ourselves chasing for payments weekly, even chasing up again when the first request has not been acknowledged. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you, Karen & Bev
