Background Established in July 2010, Tender Loving Cleaning Ltd is a family run business operating within the Swansea area of South West Wales, we provide cleaning services to a niche market in the healthcare sector as well as other key sectors including car showrooms. Having worked in the NHS for several years, within her role as a pharmacy advisor to GP practices our company director, Debbie Buss, would often see the need for improvement in their cleanliness. To capitalise on this opportunity she decided to start a cleaning company and approached one of the local surgeries. Debbie was given the opportunity to clean there, and three years later we are still there. We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards without compromising on costs; our main priority is the need of the client and to deliver a first class customer service, whilst establishing a working relationship.
