Regular cleaning times:

Flat or bungalow:
1 x Bedroom, 1 x Bathroom - Minimum 2 hours.

2 or 3 x Bedroom, 1 x Bathroom - Minimum 2.5 hours.

3 x Bedroom, 2 x Bathroom - Minimum 3 hours.

House:
2 x Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Minimum 2.5 hours.

3 x Bedroom, 1 Bathroom - Minimum 3 hours.

3 + x Bedroom, 2 Bathroom- Minimum 3.5 hours.

The times above are used as guidelines and may vary due to personal requirements.

A General Clean includes:

✅ Kitchen

* Wipe over and under small electrical appliances.
* Wipe unit tops.
* Wipe and polish cupboard doors/handles.
* Wipe Inside/outside of microwave.
* Wipe down outside of large appliances.
* Fill and empty dishwasher/ wash and dry dishes.
* Wipe down outside of bin.
* Wipe and polish outside of fridge.
* Wipe and polish sink/taps/plug hole.
* Wipe and polish splash back/tiles.
* Vacuum and clean floors.

✅ Bathroom

* Scrub grout between tiles and polish.
* Wipe and polish bath/taps/spas.
* Scrub and polish inside shower/screen.
* Remove any mould (unless it is under silicone and not accessible).
* Wipe down the side bath cover.
* Remove hair from plug holes and shower waste plug.
* Wipe and polish sinks/taps.
* Scrub toilet bowl and wipe over all toilet surfaces.
* Wipe cupboard fronts/shelves.
* Polish mirrors.
* Vacuum and clean floors.

✅Living room

* Dust and polish all surfaces.
* Tidy throws and pillows.
* Vacuum and clean floors.

✅Bedrooms/Dining/Study/Hall/Stairs/Landing

* Wipe and Polish all surfaces.
* Wipe down dining chairs.
* Vacuum and clean floors.

All door handles, light switches and frequently touched areas are cleaned with antibacterial/antiviral cleaning products.
