Noswaith dda pawb! Gobeithio bo chi gyd yn cadw’n saff. Dwi’n ymddiheurio am fod yn dawel yn diweddar ar y tudalen.. Dyma cwpwl o dipiau i trawsffurfio eich mattress! Y cyfan oedd ishe oedd dolig hael o ewyn carped, sgrwbad go dda, a ar unrhyw marciau stwfnig bach o ‘Vanish’ peidiwch a or gwlybo y mattress neu fe all hwn creu llwydni. I dynnu unrhyw lleithder plygwch towel a cymhwyswch bach o bwysau ar yr arwyneb. Mae ffan hefyd yn helpu brysio’r broses sychu. Am trawsffurfiad! Swsus! Ner X😘

Mental health matters..it’s ok not to be ok X

Wasn’t sure if I should post or not.. it’s been a long time coming and with this week being mental health week , I decided to discuss my struggles on ‘Prynhawn Da’ S4C tomorrow.. we need to change the stigma surrounding mental health and we all need to realise that each of us has ‘mental health’ but it’s how we deal with it.. some are better than others at coping but it’s ok not to be ok.. if you’re struggling I urge you from the bottom of my heart to get ‘help’ I’ll be discussing my struggles with ocd anxiety and a failed su***de attempt. If you all do one thing.. just reach out .. send that text.. make that call.. you never know what’s hidden underneath a beautiful smile.. This year has taken it’s toll on so many let’s not lose anymore.. YOU MATTER X

Six years ago I took a huge risk, walking away from a job I loved into the world of self employment..never did I imagine that my love for all things ‘clean’ would snowball into a real little business! There have been highs and lows, but without the support of all of my lovely followers, ‘Taclus ‘would have ceased to exist.
This past fifteen months has been a real low point in my life privately so I have therefore decided to hang up my feather duster for the foreseeable and concentrate on matters that mean the most to me. My family. So it’s with a tear in my eye and the heaviest lump in my throat that I sign off for a little while.. your continued support is on times overwhelming.. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart clients old and new.
Stay safe and let’s hope the second half of the year brings with it new beginnings!
