Cancellation Policy – Please Read

I love serving my customers and understand that life can be unpredictable. However, last-minute cancellations have a real impact on small, self-employed businesses like mine.

When you book a window clean, that time is reserved specifically for your property. My routes are planned carefully, and missed appointments cannot usually be replaced, meaning lost income. At the same time, running costs — fuel, vehicle maintenance, equipment, insurance, and taxes — remain the same.

My policy:
• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged the full cost of the booking.

Being self-employed is not a hobby — it’s my livelihood. This policy ensures I can continue providing a reliable, professional service while covering business costs and earning a fair living.

I genuinely appreciate your understanding and support. By respecting this policy, you help me keep delivering high-quality window cleaning for all my customers.
