Seagers steakhouse in Gorseinon has announced its sudden closure

😢 No1 High Street, Gorseinon has closed its doors, citing mounting financial pressures.
🥩 The family-run steakhouse group, led by the Seager family, has been a staple of south Wales dining for years
📍 The Gorseinon venue opened in 2018 following a £600,000 investment, transforming the former Riverside Inn pub into a steakhouse.
💬 In a statement, the business said: "Unfortunately, due to mounting financial pressures, we have made the heartbreaking decision to close our doors at present here at No1 High Street. We thank you all for your messages of support and will keep you informed."

Former students send £100 apology to Swansea shop 15 years after drunken prank 💷

A Swansea shop has received an unexpected letter - and £100 in cash - from someone apologising for a prank carried out when they were students.

📍The letter was delivered to Exotica Foods on St Helen’s Road in Swansea, a well-known international food store.

✉️ In the note, the writer admits that around 15 years ago they and another student took a temporary PVC banner from outside the shop after a night of drinking.

💬 The letter reads: “As an older man, I now see that what seemed funny to us at the time likely caused your shop some inconvenience.”

💷 The anonymous sender included £100 as compensation and signed the note:
“A former foolish student.”

📱 Exotica Foods shared the story on their page, where it has been getting plenty of positive reactions.
