We take our time in the pre wash stage this is a vital stage of the process removing as much grit and road grime before the wash mitt touches your vehicle. Sadly some of the cheaper quick hand car washes rush this and then have 6 people all using wash mitts that have barely been rinsed and left soaking in big buckets all together. All working at the same time running round your vehicle in circles creating lots of suds as they think customers like to see this. They then go over the wheels with same mitt and scratch and swirl up your paint. It might look good but your paint won’t thank you for it
