Last week was busy on one of my sites, pigeons been getting into the chemical store and making a right mess, ive shot about 25 out of there so it was time to get the proofing done. Started by covering the gutters with fine mesh 5mm holes and tex screwed into place, the pigeons found a way in through the gutters into the walls and into the building. Then the bottom of the door has rusted and a hole has formed allowing them to just walk in so meshed that too, finally another company had netted the top hatch in the cat ladder but the fact theres a gate that has to open through the net it ripped it and pigeons found that as a way in to so I netted the whole ladder its 6m so hopefully they wont fly up that but if they do I can net to the floor and put a zip in lower down so safer to open and close at ground level 😉

Been another very busy weekend, 4 x 2 panels done in Norwich first thing, then off to mileham to proof a gable end of a very lovely 3 story house, then back to swaffham to do another 12 panels, we set off at 7:30am and finished at 5pm on a sunday thats all in a days work for us at kg falconry and wildlife control 😀.

Tiny is something else just lately hes loving the wind and the fact I can be 4 stories up with him he dont stay at ground level hes really pushing the gulls around lol

On one of my sites I deal with it noticed a rather large hole had been dug in the hedge, thinking it could be a fox earth I had to put a trail camera up 😆, to my surprise the first video was a rabbit but theres no way that hole was dug just by a rabbit 🤣, the next videos was of a badger and theres a few videos over the 5 days the camera was out showing the badger coming out around 10:30pm, then i had a roe buck show up over the hole then the next day a roe doe that came right up to the camera.
All this wildlife in an industrial estate

Another roof proofed this time in Wells-next-the-Sea this morning, the customer contacted me after being quoted an astounding amount by another company and I mean £1000 for scaffolding and over £2500 for the proofing 😮, i have my own tower which means 95% of the time I dont need to hire scaffolding unless theres a conservatory etc stopping me so when my quote was less then the scaffolding they made the right choice 😀 😉
