For an example my prices Start at £5 per square meter for commercial carpet cleaning and this goes down the bigger the area is, flotex carpet tiles, the type commonly used in offices/schools/gyms start at around £30 per square meter to replace.

Carpets need cleaning? Get intouch to discuss getting yours professionally cleaned.

🧽Pre-clean survey to determine carpet fiber and backing construction and discuss the best method of cleaning to keep your carpets cleaner and healthy for longer.

🧽Thoroughly vacuumed using commercial grade vacuum cleaners.This is THE most important step as 80-85% of soiling in carpets is dry soiling that if not removed prior to wet cleaning will wick back to the surface within a few months making your carpets look dirty again.

🧽pre-sprayed with the correct chemicals for the type of soiling and type of fiber your carpets are made of, there is no one size fits all when it comes to chemicals used when cleaning a carpet!

🧽Carpets agitated with a contra rotating brush to help the chemicals work into the fibers of the carpet.

🧽Dwell time. The chemicals will be left on further correct amount of time.

🧽Rinse. Your carpets will will be rinsed using an acidic rinse agent which will neutralise any cleaning agents used in previous stages of the clean leaving your carpets at the correct PH and safe for your children and pets.

Domestic and commercial work undertaken, also Dry compound or very low moisture encapsulation cleaning is available and will be recommended where appropriate.
