✨ Congratulations to Abdraheman Mohammad Riad on his "Commence Operator of the Month" nomination, awarded to him by Steven Impey (General Sales Manager) and the Autoclenz team at Sytner BMW MINI Harold Wood! ✨

Steven said, "I wanted to highlight Riad for last quarter performance. We had around 100 cars going in the last 48 hours of the quarter.

Riad went above and beyond to allow this to run smoothly, working late to make sure that the customer experience was protected even with the large volume. He did this all whilst juggling sickness and staff absences.

I think its right to recognise this effort. Thank you to Riad and the Team."

It’s Anti-Slavery Week 2026!

Running from 12–18 October, Anti-Slavery Week raises awareness of the need to eradicate modern slavery, human trafficking and all forms of exploitation.

Modern slavery isn’t always easy to recognise, but there are many potential warning signs to look out for, including:

- A lack of personal possessions
- Signs of physical abuse
- Restricted freedom of movement
- Signs of psychological abuse

At Autoclenz, we remain committed to upholding UK legislation and international human rights principles. As part of this commitment, we provide training for our staff and managers to help them recognise the signs of modern slavery and understand how to report any concerns, alongside other actions and commitments via our internal Modern Slavery Working Group.

Together, we can help raise awareness, identify the signs and take action to tackle exploitation.

Deborah said, "I would like to put Rakesh through for Operator of the Month, not only because he is adaptable, helpful and utterly brilliant at this job, he helps out with handing cars over, checking payments, moving cars for Bodyshop and just being a generally all round top man!".

Oksana Timotin and Peter Harbridge introduced students to professional vehicle valeting, giving them the chance to develop practical skills and experience what working in the industry is all about!
